Unfortunately I listened to the reviews that claimed their service was improved. It is not. After two delays waiting first for white meat then darkmeat chicken at 530 on a Friday, 40 mIn later the 20 piece box is provided. But they forgot the fries so back in I went. On the bright side the food was good but not sure I would wait again
