  Update: it's been 8 months since I left my first review I have to say now the quality of food has seemed to gone down every time we order pho we haven't gotten the same thing sometimes it's being Sprouts sometimes it's not,the broth does not taste that great and is very grainy! sweet and sour chicken is pretty much awful chicken has gone from tasting nice and smooth too greasy and leaving you with heartburn the rice has lost its flavor altogether the quality of the food has gone down in the last 8 months very upsetting we gave it one last try last week we ordered from them about once a month and unfortunately it was bad again even ordered different items to try different things on the menu and it was still bad, don't think we will be eating there again.

  Decided to try this place because of the lack of delivery options in Franklin and their website stated they delivered. However, they DO NOT deliver. Their online menu is also NOT ACCURATE in pricing or description. We ended up spending $20 more than the menu stated and never received a total on the phone as the broken English speaking phone operator simply hung up on us after taking the order without even getting a name.
  Not only was the food priced higher then the menu led us to believe. but the chicken we ordered was very overcooked, To the point that we assume Hana Express is or was set up to be a Buffet only. And all their food is kept under lamps in warming trays for long periods of time.
  So, we ended up spending close to $50 to feed two people. for food that should probably have been thrown away rather than served for a profit.
  I highly recommend that people AVOID THIS PLACE.
