  Always fast, I normally stop between 6:50am and 7am for breakfast,but the last two times they have given me the wrong order! I have the same thing every morning so I know what I want the last two times I've gone through they have given me the wrong order and I did not notice it until I got all the way to work which is 30 minutes out of Franklin so there is no option to turn back around second time was probably my fault I should have stopped and checked because they did it to me once before. Plus the last couple times the young girl at the women is super rude and never says thank you. I don't think I'll be stopping here in the morning anymore..

  First let me start off by saying the staff is rude.As I was getting my cash back I said "thank you" the employee just said "yeah".. as I get to the second window to receive my food, my fries where cold and I asked if they where fresh and they said yes. When I got home I checked my nuggets and not to my surprise they where not cooked and mushy. This makes the 3rd time! I absolutely do NOT recommend this McDonalds.. never going back again.
